Guest Access;
Under The Hemlocks is accessed by it's own dedicated driveway leading to guest parking. Along the well-lit gravel path you'll find a private guest only custom desiged courtyard, with bistro dining, comfortable sitting with an added gas fire pit and barbecue grill that includes a side burner, plus a convenient outdoor kitchen prep station.
Up a few steps the deck leads to the studio guest suite located in a private wing of the hosts farm house.
**Under The Hemlocks offers one dedicated parking space for guests.
**Please note due to the rural location the street access leading to the driveway is not well-lit. It can be difficult to spot driveway at night, especially during winter months.
**Located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Most residence live here full-time, please respect the community and observe quiet hours.
I'm here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you.

Scent Sensitive Friendly Property
**I use EWG-recommended cleaners with as little fragrance as possible, using natural fragrances from essential oils whenever possible.
All sheets are washed and steam cleaned with eco-friendly, unscented detergents.
All non-removable soft furnishings are steam cleaned and suite air purifiered between each guest..
**Housekeeping is available for longer stays
(Housekeeping service must requested at time of booking)
**Filtration System installed in guest suite provides Filtered Drinking Water
**Please note while there's an amazing soaking tub w/rain shower, BE AWARE of the deepness
**You’ll find plenty of entertainment for relaxing during your stay, but no TV. The suite is equipped with fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you’ll be able to stream shows and movies on your own devices.
**The amenity packed kitchenette offers, mini fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, Keurig, silverware, stemware, utensils, mixing bowls, food storage containers, grill utensils and more.
The outdoor grill includes a side burner and a convenient outdoor prep kitchen workstation with sink.
**The guest suite is in a wooded area in MA, though the entire place is treated regularly insects may occasionally visit Under The Hemlocks. You also might spot a bear, foxes, racoons and deer in the area.

**I'm happy to provide a Designated Smoking Area BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY. Evidence of smoking in non-designated areas will result in an additional $150 charge
** For insurance purposes I require full names of all guests on reservation.
